Brain tumour segmentation

A computer vision project from my MSc: training a model to identify + outline tumour regions in brain MRI scans.

Specialised in computer vision and machine learning at Imperial, and really enjoyed connecting the dots between the two fields with this one.

Also let me carry on an interest in medical science from a different angle. Pixels, class imbalance and boundary cases instead of GTM and biology.
